We offer exchanges only, not refunds. Please be cautious when making your purchase, as we do not provide full refunds. You can exchange unworn, unwashed items within 20 days of delivery. Please contact us before returning your item.

• Where do you ship? We currently ship throughout the United States. We're based in Moultonborough, New Hampshire.

• How long will it take to receive my order? Orders typically ship within 1-3 business days. Delivery times vary by location, but most domestic orders arrive within 5-7 business days after shipping. You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

• Do you offer local pickup? Yes, we offer local pickup at our barn location in New Hampshire. Orders are held for up to 30 days. Select "Local Pickup" at checkout to arrange collection at our barn.

We recommend gentle washing in cold water and air drying to preserve the quality and longevity of your garments. Specific care instructions are included with each item.

*We recommend 100% cotton items to be hung to dry. Heat will make them shrink :)

Sizing varies by vendor. Rising International is made in Nepal and runs on the smaller side. American Recycle Company is made in LA and also runs smaller. Gardenbelle Shop is made in India and runs pretty true to size. Some organic cotton items include 5% spandex for stretch, so keep that in mind.
